The Truth is in Scripture, not in « Church » doctrine. Part II
Is believing in Gods Scripture and being member of one of the Churches compatible?
Part II. If you didn’t read Part I first.
Now let’s take a look at point 4 from the list in Part I it was this:
That the Kingdom of Heaven is for Gentiles.
For this I will also quote from the book Out of Israels Prophecy (This is a link where you can buy the book at cost price. I have no free place to host the free PDF’s) written in 1930 in Dutch which I translated to English. There is the Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of God, both are not identical. As I wrote in part I, the Kingdom of God existed before the casting down of the earth (because Satan sinned). Heb. 1:1, 2 says:
« God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by (Greek: in) the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by (Greek: in) his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by (Greek: by means of) whom also he made the worlds (Greek: aions); »
Let’s summaries the difference between Kingdom of God and Kingdom of Heaven, we have the following (taken from the Companion Bible):
What in Matthew is called « Kingdom of Heaven » was promised to Israel, for example in Exodus 19:6:
« And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. »
I repeat (Part I), in Daniel 2:44:
« And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever (Aramic alam [Hebrew olam]). »
Peter confirms this in 1 Peter 2:9:
« But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: »
This Kingdom will be established with the start of the next aion when the Lord returns. Micah 4:2 says:
« And many nations (hence Gentiles) shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob (i.e. the Temple in Jerusalem); and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. »
Israel will be a kingdom of priests, teaching the Gentiles about the Lord’s ways, His paths and His Law. Remember Isaiah 52:1?
« Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. »
What does that tell you?
As I promised in part I, you see me talk a lot about aions, so another small side step. Aions — or Olamim in Hebrew — are not a figment of my imagination, Scripture talks about different aions, one clear example we find in Mat. 12:32 where the Lord Jesus says:
« And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world (Greek: aion), neither in the world (aion) to come. »
So we live now in this aion and another aion is to come, which starts when the Lord returns, this is on the same planet earth or world.
In the « purpose of the aions » (Eph. 3:11 source text) God works out his counsel, we have found that there are 5 aions, we now live in the third. You can check this in the book The Times of the Ages or From Eternity to Eternity. Here a screenshot of the five aions:
These five aions coincide with the five corresponding « worlds » (same planet):
Please note that the two aions before us both ended with a catastrophe, both by water. Ecclesiastes 1:10 says:
« Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time (in the olamim), which was (were) before us. »
In the first aion Eze. 28 happened, at the end of it God cast His beautiful creation down, the earth lay there in the dark covered with water, until God resumed his involvement with His 6 day restoration or reordering, the beginning of the second aion.
(This is easily proven if one believes Gods word and not the « Church » interpretation. In 2 Peter 2:5 it says:
« And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood (kataklusmos) upon the world of the ungodly »
This was the end of the second aion. In 2 Peter 3:5, 6 it says:
For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: 6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed (katakluzo) with water, perished.
This was the end of the first aion. Anybody who believes in the God inspired Scriptures understands these are two different events. Old World — Then World and the difference in the two Greek words used Kataklusmos — Katakluzo. Two aions, both destroyed by water. When I was on Bibleforums.org (site no longer exists) many of the participants fought me for this and gave their standard answer. That is all the same. Based on the translation and not even then and not on the source text. One thing is sure, if you want to study Scripture, you have to go back to the source language and now a days we have great tools just for that.)
Many people never heard of this, yet it’s all out of Scripture. The word « eternity » does not appear anywhere in Scripture, it is pure translation and a faulty one. The source text almost always has a form of « Olam » or « Aion ». You never heard this in any « Church ».
Now I’d like to talk about point 6 of Part I:
That there is only one Gospel. There are more mentioned in Scripture by name.
Those who are preaching « the Gospel » are preaching a mismatch of different Gospels — of which they deny the existence — confusing the Bible student. Which do we have?
1. The Gospel of the Kingdom, Mat. 4:23; 9:35; 24:14
2. The Gospel of Jesus Christ, Mark 1:1
3. The Gospel of the Kingdom of God, Mark 1:14
4. The Gospel of the uncircumcision, Gal. 2:7
5. The Gospel of the circumcision, Gal. 2:7
6. The Gospel of the Grace of God, Acts 20:24
7. The Gospel of God, Rom. 1:1; 15:16; 2 Cor. 11:7; 1 Thess. 2:2, 8, 9; 1 Pet. 4:17
8. The gospel of his Son, Rom. 1:9
9. The gospel of the blessed God, 1 Tim. 1:11
10. The gospel of Christ, Rom. 15:19; 1 Cor. 9:12; 2 Cor. 2:12; 9:13; 10:14; Gal. 1:7
11. The Gospel of Jesus Christ, 2 Thess. 1:8
12. The glorious gospel of Christ, 2 Cor. 4:4
13. The gospel of your salvation, Eph. 1:13
14. The gospel of peace, Eph. 6:15
15. My Gospel, Rom. 2:16, 16:25, 2 Tim. 2:8
16. Another (of a different kind) Gospel, that is no other, Gal. 1:8
17. The everlasting gospel, Rev. 14:6
It is important to check and test the things that differ. In order to find a solution in this matter, one must see that, where gospel literally means good tiding or message, God is not so uniform that He could not communicate more good tidings than one, e.g. that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners. Certainly, this too is a good news, a very excellent one. But God's good tidings are not limited thereby. God has more than that to give. Where He spoke many times and in many ways in the O.T. He does no less in His gospels. This must be paid attention to.
All these gospels are mainly to bring to two larger groups, through the discernment we find in Gal 2:7. There is namely the Gospel the Circumcision and that of the Uncircumcision. That is why the Circumcision belongs to the first three in particular, and the other can be counted among the Uncircumcision. The Gospel of God comes to Paul with one exception, the Gospel of Christ exclusively with Paul, and only in his earlier Letters. Separately stands the Gospel of the grace of God and the everlasting gospel. So we have: I. The Gospel the Circumcision. II. That of the uncircumcision. III. The Gospel of the grace of God. IV. The everlasting Gospel.
I’ll leave at this, but it shows again that « Church » doctrine does not tell Scriptural truth. It requires study of ourselves, in faith.
A short word about point seven of the list in Part I:
That the church is taken up before the great tribulation. Here again the Church presumes it’s about them. It is not.
The great tribulation is not about « the Church », in fact very little is about the Church in Scripture. Just read it with an open mind, 6/7th is Israel centered, the rest about the Gentiles. From which nation were all prophets? Israel. Of course Israel was like an island in the Gentile see, yet God wanted to get them in their place first to lead the Gentiles to Him, I’ll again quote Dan. 2:44
« And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people (hence it’s for Israel), but it shall break in pieces and consume all these (Gentile) kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. »
And Zec. 8:23:
« Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you. »
There are pointless discussions about being taken up before the great tribulation, no one seems to grasp that in the end of this aion, there are hardly any Gentile Christians left. Just look at what they try to do now to Christian « Churches » and how slavishly they did the biding of the satanic deep state. Again, the great tribulation is what will mainly happen to the Jews, Christian Jews and they are going to get prosecuted because of that. Mat. 24:9:
« Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations (Gentiles) for my name's sake. »
Please note, I’m not saying there will no Gentile Christians at all, there will be but very few. We all know how the unvaccinated were/are treated, in the end of this aion it will be far far worse for Christians.
Jeremiah 30:7 says:
« Alas! for that day (hence the day of the Lord) is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. »
Jacob’s trouble is Israels trouble in the Great Tribulation.
That Jeremiah is about Israel is also very clear if we just believe what God says:
30:3 « For, lo, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it. »
Now the question rises, if just about the whole of Scripture is about Israel, what is left for the Gentiles?
For this we first come to another denied subject in Scripture, dispensations. Are there dispensations mentioned in Scripture? Yes there are for example Eph. 1:10:
« That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: »
Now many « Churches » want only two dispensations, basically the first one was “the Law” the second one without the Law. That’s it. So they deny the above dispensation. We also have the dispensation (not fellowship) of the mystery (Eph. 3:9) and the dispensation of the grace (Eph. 3:2.
The Companion Bible says about Eph.3:9
So the same word as in Eph. 3:2. There are many more dispensations not named as such in Scripture, but if we know what the word dispensation means it becomes clear.
A dispensation is basically a share-out of God. When God changes His attitude towards the world, which we can notice by what He is giving to people in general.
