The Truth is in Scripture, not in « Church » doctrine. Part I
Is believing in Gods Scripture and being member of one of the Churches compatible?
Every piece written about any Bible topic is always way to short, it is so all-embracing that posts like this can only touch the surface and it inevitably snowballs, cause everything is connected. However, it should get the serious Bible student going. I’ve discussed this and other Bible topics extensively on Bibleforums.org (site no longer exists) and the result was that I got suspended — censored — for speaking God’s truth, this was about 4 years ago.
The question: « Is believing in Gods Scripture and being member of one of the Churches compatible? », will be answered by what will be lay out in this writing. Having said that, first I want to talk a little about (the Church) history and who are/is controlling it. I’m going to write it in more episodes which will be long anyway, it still will only create a barely noticeable ripple in the vastness of Scriptural knowledge.
Before I do that, I want to make something clear, I have nothing against those who want to follow church teachings and defend them, sometimes aggressively. I just believe Gods Word without any ecclesiastical interpretation and Gods Word only. Psalm 12:6 says: « The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. », this requires no human or « Church » interpretation.
Walking away from the truth is actually older than humanity, it started in the spiritual world with the fall of Satan. This was before the 6 day restoration of the earth — yes, Gen. 1:2 — 31 is not the beginning of creation — presented to us in Genesis, therefore before the creation of Adam. More on this in part II.
In Ezekiel 28 the fall of Satan is described to us:
« 11 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. 13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. 14 ;Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. 17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. 18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. 19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more. »
This is not about any human as the text clearly says: « Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth ». We know what cherubs are, 1 Samuel 4:4 tells us:
« So the people sent to Shiloh, and from there they carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord of hosts who sits above the cherubim; … »
So they bear the throne of God. Before his fall, Satan was the throne canopy, the cherub that covereth the throne. This perfect in beauty and full of wisdom creature couldn’t live with the idea he was just a « showpiece » covering the throne of God. He coveted to sit on the throne of God. (That’s why the tenth commandment says: Thou shalt not covet, it’s always a haughty spirit before a fall.) The result was that the earth, which was not created as a void (Isa. 45:18), became fierce and void. The heavens were no more pure Job. 15:15. Hence they had to be cleansed Heb. 9:23. The Kingdom of God was thus affected.
How long the earth was fierce and void we don’t know, we do know God started at a certain point in time with the next part of His plan in Gen. 1:2. Adam was made after the Image of God, so he was an image of the Image of God. Without going to deep into this, Adam sinned by not being satisfied with God, he coveted (Thou shalt not covet) a wife, like all the animals had a female. John describes what Adam — and countless others — wend through in 1 John 2:16:
« For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. »
The eating of the apple was a double down on Adam’s desire for Eve and his indifference for God — after all she ate and offered it to Adam who knowingly took it, — and favorite a woman over God for the second time — for the lust of the flesh. The great instigator of all of this is Satan and with this he sealed his demise.
Gen. 3:15 « And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it (Christ) shall bruise thy head (I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth Eze. 28:18), and thou shalt bruise his heel (Christ on the cross. John 19:18). »
This should answer the question who is in charge of the evil world (aion, see Part II) we live in today. As we can see from this disquisition, there has been lies and deceit since the fall of Satan. Now we come to the churches. It should be clear to all who are awake to the situation in the world today, that there is a strive between good and evil. We’ve seen just about all the churches bow to the deep state when the plandemic was brought upon us and the churches closed without protest, they recommended masks and recommended the jab, went along with the lockdowns. All did this — including other religions — they all took a knee to Baal.
We know — at least we can know — that the first Gentile church was what became the Roman Catholic church. For about 1600 years it declared what you should believe and it would kill you in a horrible way if you deviated from their teaching. Don’t think for yourself, we think for you. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it? From them comes — and other things I will not all mention — our current understanding of Hell — a word Scripture doesn’t know, the source word is either « Hades » or « Sheool » which means grave — and the believe that the Gentiles came in place of Israel, so wherever they read Israel in Scripture, they replace it with « church » in their mind. Not only that, they also learned that the believer would go strait to heaven when he died, something Scripture knows nothing about. There is way more.
Of course there were protests against this and it finally came to a climax on October 31 1517, when Luther published his « 95 Theses » by nailing them to the Wittenberg church door, attacking papal abuses. This was the birth of the Protestant church. According to what Scripture is actually saying nothing was said. The nearly 1600 year of telling lies made them think the lies were « truth ». Like for example:
That Israel has no future, it is now — and always will be — the church. It’s not.
That God has an « eternal purpose » while Eph. 3:11 says « purpose of the aions ».
That Gentiles need to be water baptized. They do not.
That the Kingdom of Heaven is for Gentiles. It is not.
That when you die, your soul goes immediately to heaven to cheer before the throne. Nowhere to be found in Scripture. Eze. 18:4 says: « … the soul that sinneth, shall die. », and we all are sinners.
That there is only one Gospel. There are more mentioned in Scripture by name.
That the church is taken up before the great tribulation. Here again the Church presumes it’s about them. It is not.
This is just small grip to show there are many issues with how the churches interpret Scripture and what God is actually saying in Scripture. Something else in parentheses, most people have no idea Scripture is build up by God in structures, which when seen can solve a lot of (translation) problems, like the serpent in Gen. 3:
The above structure is from the Companion Bible, a must have if you want to do serious Bible study. The word Nachash (2 (הַ)נְּחשֶׁת ׳נ, a bronze [shining] image of serpent) in E is the Hebrew word used for « Serpent », in this case a « Shining one ». When you read through the structure you see the brilliant balance. Against E — the Cherubim — has to be a balanced E and a serpent animal doesn’t balance with the spiritual Cherubim, another Cherub would, a shining one, as Paul tells us in 2 Cor. 11:14 « And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light (thus the Nachash that seduced Eve.) ». Satan impressed Eve more than did God, a bright shining being, God showed Himself as a human, like how he showed Himself to Abraham. Gen 18:2.
Let’s take point 3 from the above list, since this a very sensitive subject for most Christians of which many believe that if you’re not (water) baptized you’re lost. What is water baptism? In which country did it start and what was its function? It obviously started in Israel by John the Baptist in Matthew 3.
« 1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. 3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias (Isa. 40:3), saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. 4 And the same John had his raiment of camel’s hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey. 5 Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan, 6 And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins. »
This baptism was a continuation of the ritual washings well known by the Jews, see for example Lev. 15. Johns baptism was the outer sign of being cleansed and a necessary step to enter the Kingdom of Heaven promised to Israel by God in for example Daniel 2:44:
« And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom (God sets it up thus the Kingdom of Heaven), which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people (hence it’s for Israel), but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. »
And necessary to manifest the Lord Jesus to Israel, John 1:31 says:
« And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. »
Isaiah 52:1 says:
« Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. »
Do we the Gentile Christians have to circumcise? Paul says not in Gal. 2:
« 3 But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised: 4 And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage »
So no uncircumcised shall enter Jerusalem when the Lord has returned, yet Paul says Gentiles need not to be circumcised. What does this prove, the Kingdom of Heaven is promised to and for the Jews.
