The Truth is in Scripture, not in « Church » doctrine. Part III
Is believing in Gods Scripture and being member of one of the Churches compatible?
Part III. If you didn’t read Part I and Part II please do so.
Below I will post an image with all dispensations we can now distinguish, but most are not named as such in Scripture, which usually triggers a complete reject. Please note, a dispensation is a period of time in a aion in which God hands out other things than He did before.
Many people do not know nor realize God distinguishes 4 groups of believers in Scripture:
Believe that God « is » (Rom. 1:18 — 20)
Child of God (Gal. 4:1)
Son of God (Rom. 8:14)
Adult man of God (Eph. 4:13). More about this in a later post.
Again, I don’t make this up, this is out of Scripture. Of course there is a group which I could have numbered 0, but they’re not believers, they don’t believe at all. When we see these groups it must start to dawn that there really isn’t just one « Gospel », hence why Scripture names 17 of them.
Group 1. Paul in Acts shows us what to « preach » to group one in Acts 17:23 — 32:
« 23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. 24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; 26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: 29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device. 30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: 31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. 32 And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter. 33 So Paul departed from among them. »
If you read this, it’s quite clear he didn’t preach Jesus Christ, to these people. He nowhere mentions His name. He just hints at Him. This can’t be « the Gospel » the « Churches » are bringing.
Group 2. Child of God. To become a Child of God one has to believe that God is. These are usually the people that say they believe in a higher power or who reluctantly admit God has to exist. The step from group one to group 2 is called regeneration (Mat. 19:28) in Scripture or being born from above, regeneration means spiritual birth. (Those who aren’t born again are spiritual dead. Like the Lord Jesus said in Luke 9:60 « Let the dead bury their dead ».) This is mentioned in 1 Peter 1:3 but is obscured by the faulty translation:
« 1Pe 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath [begotten us again] born us from above unto a lively hope by (Greek: by means of) the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, »
As is clear from this verse, this was an act of God, like in our natural birth also in our spiritual birth we are passive, we cannot regenerate our selves, as we we cannot beget ourselves. So now we are a Child of God. The grace and power behind it is the the resurrection of our Lord. That’s why the fourth aion — the one next after ours — is called the Regeneration « world. »
Paul tells us in Galatians that being a child is not different from being slave. The Greek word used is Doulos.
Gal 4:1 « Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant (Gr.: Doulos), though he be lord of all; »
Here it is clearly stated that a child is still a slave. Please note, all the born from above are still slaves, they are under the law. So the law presses down on them, that’s why they need liberation.
Group 3. Son of God. Paul continues in Gal. 4
« 2 But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. 3 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: 4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, 5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive [the adoption of sons] sonship. 6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. 7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. »
Everything God says in His Scripture is a matter of faith, the « everything is the same » attitude of the « Churches » is unattainable and requires study of ourselves. Sonship — a gift of grace from God* — is to redeem them that were under the law, so Paul is speaking to Jews here. However he says in Gal. 3:28:
« There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. »
* For many it might become more clear what faith actually is, in short is it believing with all our heart God will do what He says in His Scripture. To believe what God says implies knowing what God says, hence it requires study. Not changing His carefully chosen words into incoherent chatter covered with an ecclesiastical cloak.
Here we see there are two groups of people being groomed for sonship, Jews and Gentiles and that difference is obliterated by it. It’s quite interesting not more Bible scholars see that there are two groups from the beginning, look what Gen. 2:4 says:
« These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens »
Therefore, children and sons from the start. God worked out the two groups from the beginning of the second aion. Those who see in Abraham their « father » — not their natural father but their spiritual father — are his spiritual sons. The difference being blessed « in » Abraham — the Jews — and being blessed « with » Abraham — a mixture of Jews and Gentiles. These both are sons of God, the Church of God, they’re one in Christ. Below a screenshot from the Book Manifold Wisdom on my Lulu page showing the two groups.
As you see, I’m not talking yet about the 4th group, I cut that off for now, that is for later, first the above has to be clear.
Now that we said all that, let’s take a closer look to point 1 of Part I:
That Israel has no future, it is now — and always will be — the church.
As we all know, the Old Covenant was made with Israel:
Exo 24:8 « And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words. »
This covenant didn’t last long, when He will make a New Covenant, this will be with the same nation He made the Old Covenant as Scripture clearly says.
Jer. 31:31 « Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: »
I must have worn out a keyboard explaining this to those who believe Church doctrine over Scripture and still they want the New Covenant for their Church and know for sure they now live under it. It has always been like this, we now see what happens when we go against MSM when we speak to normies. Like Q says sometimes you can’t tell the people you have to show them. God is telling in His Scripture and showing it in and to the world for a long time, and people refuse to hear and to see.
Just read Jeremiah further:
Jer. 31:33 « But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. »
Only these texts confirm Israels reinstatement, but their are more. In Acts 2:18 — there isn’t a single Gentile who is talked to yet — it says:
« And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: »
Joel says:
2:28 « And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: »
On the Gentiles as well? Some of them — a small group whom with a small group of Jews become the Church of God — those who believe Scripture over Church doctrine and become sons of God, but Joel is talking to Israel, he talks about offerings and the house of the Lord:
1:9 « The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD'S ministers, mourn. »
Isaiah says about the pouring out of the Spirit:
Isa 32:15 « Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest. »
When will this be? Again with the second coming of Christ, Zechariah says:
Zec. 12:10 « And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. »
See what Isaiah says about Israels future:
Isa 14:1 « For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob. 2 And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors. »
Never happened, so this is in the future, when? When the fourth aion starts and the Lord is King of Israel.
Joh 1:49 « Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel. »
No matter what the Church doctrine learns, the truth is in Scripture.
Mat. 25:31 « When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: »
When Christ (the Son of Man) comes for the second time it will not be in humiliation, but in Glory and His throne of Glory will be the throne of the King of Israel.
